Hiking

Home of the first network of hiking trails in the United States, Waterville Valley is a hiker's paradise. With 125 miles of hiking trails, towering peaks, and 5 of the White Mountain 4,000-footers - the opportunity for exploration is endless. The Valley is home to a plethora of exquisite waterfalls, from punchbowls to cascades. You can access the Valley's waterfalls through easy hikes, with the option of taking Snow's Mountain scenic chairlift to shorten your hike

Biking

Rent a mountain or road bike in the town square and cruise around the Valley, or cut through the woods and explore a variety of trails for all abilities through the National Forest.

Water Sports/ Swimming

The pond at Town Square boasts panoramic mountain views in addition to a floating swim-up dock. And has kayaks, paddle boats, and SUPs available to rent. The White Mountain Athletic Club is a splash-tastic paradise, with a 1,600 square-foot heated "splash pad" offering a wide variety of water soaking features, a 25-meter pool, family play areas, underwater benches, deck jets, underwater color lighting, a "pool temperature" whirlpool spa overlooking the White Mountains, plus built-in basketball and pool volleyball amenities. They also have a beach volleyball court

Golf

Waterville Valley’s historic golf course opened in 1898, making it one of the oldest in New Hampshire. A major renovation in 2005 retained the character and tradition of the 113-year-old course and created six spectacular new and redesigned holes. The par 31 layout with four par-4 holes provides a challenging golf experience for players of all abilities.
