This vacation home is the third rental home we have renovated with our innovative design techniques.  We have over 12 years experience renting vacation homes with an additional 20+ years of experience renovating, designing and building.  By working for international companies we’ve had the great fortune to stay in home rentals across the country and the world, giving us much needed insight on what renters are looking for in a property. We have stayed in over 40 different homes and each one has taught us something different about what to offer to our renters and how to renovate our homes to accommodate these desires. We put the emphasis on value-pricing our homes so it is affordable for a family vacation while also ensuring the place has a high level of cleaning, new mattresses, and plenty of amenities. 

With Waterville Valley we chose the property because of its amazing location, walking distance to a host of different restaurants, shopping and activities in the Town Square. Also the house is conveniently located on the shuttle bus route that goes to the mountain in 5 minutes.  Waterville Valley has made a decision to not allow rentals under 2 weeks and is banning short term rentals on AirBnB, VRBO and similar home rental websites.  If you want to be in this amazing location at the start of the White Mountains it is best to rent directly from us.
