“We were lucky enough to stay here for our family vacation and it was amazing! The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed. The owners, Jen and Chris are awesome and were able to answer any questions we had. It had plenty of games and movies to keep the kids entertained and I loved the nice touch of provided art supplies (colored pencils, coloring books and sketch pad). The convenience of the shuttle was fabulous – especially because we didn’t all want to head to the mountain at the same time. The area is beautiful and we were completely enamored by the lighted trails behind the residences which allowed us to walk into town or head the opposite direction to explore more of the area’s natural beauty. While we visited in the winter, we can’t wait to return in the summer to take part in all of the warm weather activities. I would highly recommend staying here as we had the most wonderful time as a family.”

Just like Jen’s other homes, this one was immaculate and inviting, with modern decor and touches of home. She had everything we could possibly need; from board games and extra blankets, to butter in the fridge. With the large third floor and multiple bedrooms, our family of 5 had plenty of space to relax, with many options for sleeping. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We enjoyed walking to the Town Square, where we swam in the pond, played volleyball, ate meals and did some shopping. We found a nice 2.5 mile hike with a swimming hole a short drive away. Highly recommend!

“We were lucky enough to stay here for our family vacation and it was amazing. The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed. The owners are awesome and were able to answer any questions we had. It could easily accommodate two families and had a pool table and plenty of games and movies to keep the kids entertained. The area is beautiful. The paddle boards, floating dock and beach area were a perfect way to enjoy the water. It is a 10-minute ride to Mount Sunapee Adventure Park which was a great way to spend the day with our 12 and 13-year-old. I would highly recommend staying here as we had the most wonderful time as a family.

“We recently had the privilege to stay at this beautiful vacation home in Sunapee. We had 2 families of teenagers (6) and it was perfect. The days were spent on the pond swimming, boating, fishing and jumping off dock. 10 min drive to Sunapee State Park and a great trail across street to walk the dog. Can’t wait to go back. The house had everything you needed and more.”

  • “It’s a perfect getaway not too far from Boston. I rented the house for an October golf weekend with some friends, house was absolutely perfect spot, great setting overlooking the pond, very comfortable “hang out” spot, even the wood burning stove was perfect and easy to use. The location is great, close to get to the recommended restaurant Bubba’s (great spot!), and close to town and restaurants of New London. We really enjoyed it and hope to use it again next year, Thx!

  • “We rented for a long weekend in January. The house is ideally located for short trips to local skiing (Sunapee and Pat's Peak are nearby - there are no doubt others). The house is extremely well set up for a family of five plus a boyfriend and dog. It has all the modern conveniences and beautiful big picture windows with lots of natural light. It sits on a lake and seems like it would be a wonderful spot in summer too. We'd love to come back again. Owners are super accommodating and communicative.”

  • “Everything was great, we relaxed and enjoyed our time on the lake. Sunset was always gorgeous, whether we were kayaking, sitting on the lawn, or on the porch.   • “Our family of four went for a 9 night stay in this beautiful lake-house this summer. The kids hadn't been out as much enjoying the great outdoors as much as they did at your house! We appreciated all the amenities that the house provided (the pool table and the boardgames were a hit), it was very comfortable (great for family movie Netflix nights), very clean and on a quiet road overlooking the pond. We enjoyed using the water sports equipment available, and exploring nearby Lake Sunapee for swimming, enjoying the scenery and ice-cream and antique shopping. My husband even took to road cycling every other day to explore the region (takes 1.5 hrs around Lake Sunapee, in case you were curious): he loved the challenge of the undulating hilly landscape. We hope to be back in the winter to enjoy the snow sports.”

One of the days we took a break from the water and headed up to Hanover where Dartmouth College is. It was a quick 30 minute trip for great little shops and lunch on a patio.”

  • “Everything about it, the house, the location, was perfect! We had the best time up there! The kids loved the paddle boarding and frequented the floating dock over near the beach. We even took a trek over at night to stargaze in the middle of the pond. We are eventually trying to build new and I’d love to hire you for design work. The thought you put into the layout and functionality of the house was awesome! Set on a picturesque and quiet pond, this well-appointed and comfortable home was perfect for our end of summer getaway. There was plenty for our 10 and 13 year old children to do with access to the neighborhood beach, floating dock, paddle boards, kayaks, and fishing. The house is roomy, comfortable and has many amenities that make for a very enjoyable respite in between the many outdoor activities available. Owners were very pleasant and prompt with communication; an ease to work with. This getaway brought our family together in a way we haven’t been able to experience in a really long time.”
