Sunapee New Hampshire House

Our waterfront, architecturally designed vacation retreat near Sunapee, NH is only 90 minutes from Boston and then 10 minutes to great skiing at Mount Sunapee and there are many other activities to do right at the vacation home or just getaway to relax looking out at the water.  The home is brand new high end construction, completed in 2018. It is a peaceful area in the mountains but not far (10 miles) from the town of New London that is a small college town with every shopping/restaurant need.  

It has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths.  The master bedroom has a king and is on the same level as the great room with high ceilings - LR/kitchen/DR and full bath.  Downstairs in the walk-out lower level are 2 big bedrooms, a pool table room, and a full bath.  1-bedroom downstairs has a queen, a twin, and a couch.  The other has 2 full beds, a twin and another twin mattress under that one on the floor that can be pulled out.  We moved in on 11/11/18.  It is on a hill so you enter from the road up top into the main level, through a screened-in porch. The porch is a great place to hang, has 2 loveseats and 2 chairs, and tables.
